A simple key turn will deadlock both the inside lever and the bolt.This deters unwanted intruders from getting in via another means and releasing the lock with the lever, but also makes it possible to lock people inside.

Types of keys a well-trained locksmith should be able to service:

Master keys – Master keys are a key used to open a lot of different locks. In houses, for instance, master keys are usually used to open all the doors in that particular residence, but each other room key cannot do that.

Lever lock keys raise flat levers in the lock making the levers to line up and shift a bolt back and forth. Cylinder lock keys line up the lock pins with the key and the shear line of the cylinder lock that permits it to rotate,turn the key, and open the lock.
