get windows 7 for your last hard drive
did you get a new 7300gt from apple cause u couldve sold it and made even more money
its called installing the drivers before you throw in the card you nooblet
that card was apparently a badass card! shame they discontinued it. guess i’ll get the 3870….
anything but gaming? lol you’ve obviously never actually WORKED on anything. you’re just a gamer. guarantee that computer came from a serious graphic-oriented user of some kind. i’ve got 4 gigs for my animation/movie editing purposes, and i’d like more……
you dont need more than 4 gigs. NOBODY NEEDS 16 or 32 gigs, that’s why motherboards usually don’t even support more than 12 gigs. when I’m running multiple games at a time with other applications open such as photoshop and adobe premeire I don’t go past 50 percent ram usage, using 3 gigs of ddr3 1333mhz. I wasnt trying to start a fight, just having 16 or 32 gigs is a waste of money, hands down. i know what im talking about.
no fight intended buddy. but have you ever done serious stuff though, like rendering movies in Final Cut? have you used Maya? photoshop is not very RAM-intensive unless you’ve got big (t gig+) images, which even then can slow to a halt with anything less than 4 gigs or so.mac pros are serious computers and while today 32 gigs may seem like a lot, give it a few years….. “i’ll never need” are famous- and stupid- last words in the world of computers
well in a few years, faster and probably of higher quality ram will be out anyway. personally, I think mac pros are incredibly overpriced for a computer that doesn’t nearly have the power mine has
that was supposed to say 1 gig +, not t sorry. and just out of curiosity, what games do you run simultaneously? just curious….
yes, screw cables
