Where Can I Buy High Security Keys Which Are Not Blank But Not Keyed For Any Lock?
My cousin is doing a project on high security locks and how they have advanced though the ages. He would like to include a few examples of modern high security keys that have been cut, but we can’t find any sites offering such!
Blanks would not be helpful, but random cut keys are what we are after, can anyone help?

Your best bet would be a locksmith specializing in high security commercial and automotive. They MIGHT let your cousin have a few miscuts or old keys from rekeyed locks if he can convince them he is actually doing such a project. Part of the security is the inability to get the keys and locks to study. Be prepared to be grilled like a trout about why they are wanted and exactly how they will be used and be prepared to document and verify what you say. The odds are against you actually getting the keys, pics maybe.
