Master keys – A master key is a key used to open many different locks. In houses, for instance, the master key is usually used to open every door lock in the house, but the other room keys are unable to do that.

Cylinder lock keys line up the pins in the lock with the key and the shear line of the cylinder lock which permits it to rotate,turn the key, and open the lock.
